Yes ! You can come over and collect your item. Best practice is to give us a call on 01744 454 534 before you leave so we can get the item ready for you when you arrive. How long will my delivery take?
Any orders placed using Standard Free UK shipping are sent using Royal Mail 48 service, which take 2 - 3 working days. Express shipping is Royal Mail 24 which takes 1 - 2 working days. If you have selected Yodel 24 service, your order will be delivered on the next working day by Yodel. We make exception if you have made your purchase using Yodel 24 on Friday, your order may be dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed if necessary and you will receive it on Saturday.
Please note that only orders placed before 3PM are dispatched on the same day. If you have placed order after 3PM, it will be dispatched on the next working day.
International items may take from 3 to 15 working days. Please refer to our shipping policy for full details.
My shoes don’t fit/I don’t like them. Can I return them?
Yes! We allow 30 days after delivery for you to return your order for refund or exchange, no matter what reason you have. Please go to returns.shuwish.com to start the returns process.
Who pays for the return shipping?
Please go to returns.shuwish.com, we will issue you prepaid return label so you don't have to pay for the return shipping. Please make sure you do this as we are unable to refund any shipping cost you may incur otherwise. This only applies to UK orders, if you are ordering from abroad, you are liable for your own return shipping cost. Please make sure that you include your order details when you email us. My delivery is late, when will it arrive?
First of all, check when you have placed your order was it before or after 3PM? It may be that your item has been dispatched on the next working day as per our shipping policy.
Secondly please kindly check your tracking information with the carrier (we always send you an email with shipping confirmation that contains tracking details).
Finally if you are unable to get information, please email on email@example.com or call us on 01744 454 534 and we will try our best to resolve the problem.
I have paid for next day delivery, my item is not here. Why?
As above, please check when you have placed your order was it before or after 3PM? It may be that your item has been dispatched on the next working day as per our shipping policy.
Please keep in mind that If you have placed order on Friday night, it will be dispatched on Monday. If this is not the case, please check your tracking details (from shipping confirmation email).

Do you offer discounts if I buy large quantity?
If you are interested in buying more than 10 pairs of shoes, we may be able to offer additional discount. Please get in touch!
Do you ship outside UK?
Yes, we do. We ship worldwide. Transit times depend on where you are.
Orders shipped to Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Austria and Belgium are sent via DPD and will be delivered within 2 - 3 working days. Orders to other European countries are sent via Royal Mail and delivery normally take 5 working days. Shipping time to the Rest of the World takes up to 14 working days.
